Equipment Cleaner Khaki Green No. 3

This anonymous block of Khaki Green No 3 is in an unbranded low-quality cardboard box. It states it is ‘approved’ but quite why it doesn’t carry a manufacturer’s identification is a mystery, as is the “C” mark. The block itself is of the later type with an unembossed shallow-dished top surface.
